In
1970, Rejean (Ray) Grenier moved to Alberta from
Quebec City. He started working for Alberta Power
& traveled extensively in Northern Alberta.
He became a part of the Grande Prairie business
community in 1980 with the opening of a dry-cleaning
business. In 1983 Ray began searching for items
to promote his business. He was unable to find satisfactory
items with good value to meet his needs. So began
a 20 year search for quality promotional products.
This search would become a passion for Ray.
GP Specialty Advertising come into being and soon
expanded from pens & mugs to an extensive variety
of promotional products. Ray understands the importance
of time management & the value of safety/incentive
& promotional programs, having worked as a employee
of a large company & being an owner of a small
business.
The search to meet his client's needs has resulted
in awards of recognitions from Ray's peers. He has
been the winner of the 1992 Bronze Incentive &
1999 Gold Safety Program Awards for Canada. |

In
the last 10 years, the business has grown by leaps
& bounds and has changed its name to GP Promotional
Products Ltd.
A name recognized throughout the Peace country as
standing for quality promotional products at an
excellent value.
Ray now employs an in-house sales staff specializing
in various areas of industry and service, sales
staff in Dawson Creek & High Level and an outlet
in Peace River. |
